Who is Trustap?
Trustap is an Irish-headquartered transaction-protection product launched in 2017, powered by Stripe. Its strongest UK presence is the Twickets partnership for safe ticket resale, plus partnerships with resale platforms in collectibles and trading cards. When Trustap is the right choice
Be fair to Trustap: for ticketing resale (especially via Twickets), high-value collectibles, and structured resale platforms with native integration, Trustap is excellent. It is regulated, well-funded, has years of operating history, and the partnership integrations remove friction at the platform level.
If you are reselling a Glastonbury ticket through Twickets, you will likely already encounter Trustap as the default. There is no reason to switch.
When SilentID is the right choice
